Elevate your BBQ game with this Southern Clucker BBQ Pork Tenderloin, perfectly seasoned with Claibe’s Southern Clucker Rub and grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
2 pork tenderloins
3 tablespoons Claibe’s Southern Clucker Rub
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
Preparation Instructions
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Rub pork tenderloins with olive oil and Claibe’s Southern Clucker Rub.
Let the tenderloins marinate for 30 minutes.
Cooking Instructions
Grill the pork tenderloins for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
In a small bowl, mix honey and Dijon mustard. Brush this mixture over the tenderloins during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
